Biography

Since Mar. 2015, I have been working with the Chungnam National University (CNU), Daejeon, Korea, where I am currently as an assistant professor with the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Prior to CNU, I had a great opportunity of working with excellent colleagues in the Advanced Digital Sciences Center (ADSC), Singapore from 2010 to 2015. The ADSC is a research center, which was jointly founded by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Singapore. Prior to ADSC, I worked with the Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories (MERL), US from 2009 to 2010, where I mainly developed a prototype of 3D video system (3DTV). I received the Ph.D. degree from the School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Yonsei University, Seoul, Korea, in 2009.
